Polite service, honoured the guarantee on the tyre and efficient in their operations

Im not happy and disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and drop in quality and question how many other things have been overlooked. I had a server done and they did tell my partner there were things that needed attention but the drive belt and brake fluid apparently were good. A few days later the drive belt brakes it goes back and they fitted it when I check the car and notice the coolant level is low and the brake fluid is black. I can understand things can be missed but there is no reason to miss checking any safety items including but not limited to brake fluid.

Cooper at Mycar was friendly and professional , I would take my business there any day :)

Staff were very friendly and helpful especially when I got lost in the multiple car parks.!
Disappointed that the tyres I ordered didn't arrive but we'll see how the substitutes go over the next month.

Excelent customer service

Several (requested) small details forgotten:
- parking light globe not replaced
- new ‘next service’ sticker not provided
- as of one week after service, no followup call re replacement seatbelt housing
- info re auto electrician for dashboard fault not provided

The manager was professional and answered all questions and queries. Manager contacted customer regarding car servicing options.
Loved seeing a female mechanic. Would recommend having at least two female mechanics at each location. It is a real positive element and asset to the company. Female mechanic approachable to gain insight into service. Promotes diversity too.
Prefer to leave anonymous reviews, especially if the comments are to be posted on social media. No option to do this up front on the google survey platform.

Arrived at 5 PM - puncture was fixed shortly after - great!

The helpful, friendly staff changed my tyre and got me back on the road. Booked, fixed and notified efficiently.

A Bunch of Folks who fix cars and make them groovy again. Can't be bad. Friendly folks who do what they can to make people mobile by fixing the lemons some people end up purchasing.
