I was never actually quoted a price at the time of dropping off a punture repair.
And upon pick up was talking to a second year apprentice who was already doing something else when the manager walked in and asked if I was okay I explained I was here to pick up a puncture repair. He looked at me and then walked out not saying anything and never returned. I found this to be poor customer service Even the apprentice rolled his eyes.

After a sensor fault issue was flagged during previous works, and it continued to prove problematic, MyCar Berwick found space for my repair at short notice and showed improved communication when I questioned the logic of how things had been explained to me. I think this is a great example of patience with someone who does not have the understanding of an experienced mechanic, and also creates a sense of trust. Special mention to Gaby who took the time to make it all make sense, to me

I only needed a new brake globe. They did it on the spot for me and I was very thankful

Good customer service

I asked for my passenger-side head-lamp to be replaced with a new one as it had 'blown' This is exactly what staff at Mycar Tyre and Auto at Eden Rise did. I cant want any more than that!!
