Bicton MyCar repeatedly failed wheel alignment
The Bicton MyCar store was unable to correctly center the steering wheel on my vehicle, a 2020 VW hatch, after a wheel alignment. The steering wheel when held straight - car tracks to the right. To steer straight the wheel has to be held a few degrees to the left. I took the car back twice (next day, and the day after that) to get it rectified without success. It is just a few degrees off - but if you are used to a correctly straight wheel it is noticeable and annoying. The staff told me it was fixed each time when it was not. I have repeatedly tested the car on straight flat roads - particularly noticeable on straight flat highway. After three failed attempts I have asked for a refund - told each time the manager is not there today so they cannot process any refund. This is the second vehicle taken to this store where I have had this experience. Not confident at all in their ability to correctly do a wheel alignment.
