I recognised the receptionist. The tyre repair/replacement was under the plan I received recently. I was on file and didn't need to that I had cover.

Easy and quick to book in to replace my damaged tyre.
Even better, that it was replaced at no cost because it was covered from the previous years purchase as it was caused by a pothole in the road.

I bought tyres at the broadmeadows…
I bought tyres at the broadmeadows store, and as a part of the deal, I get a free rotation every six months. Under the previous management, after rotating the tyres, they painted or polished all tyres to make them look really nice, but this time, they didn't. This makes me feel they do not care about the customers' feeling and expectation.
