Corrupt and dishonest business practice
Had booking for rwc check. Store manager Jarrod refused to complete roadworthy unless I bought a full set of tyres. Claimed tyres were unroadworthy despite having tread depth more than double roadworthy limit of 1.6mm. I even brought up VicRoads legislation on my laptop for his education. I then got VicRoads vehicle safety officer on phone in his presence who confirmed that he was blatantly lying and trying to pull an illegal scam. I'm raising this issue with you in order to proceed with consumer affairs complaint. I hope your whole business is not this dishonest and corrupt.

Stressful Experience
Booked my appointment a week earlier for inspection as had been getting screeching sound out of right Tyre / axle upon turning. and when showed up at 8:30 AM on Tuesday, i was told i don't have a booking. However, they took my car in and i was not informed when will it be returned. I was only told that they are very busy today. My car was returned back at 4:30 PM with a statement that we could not find any problem. During the day i called every 2 hours to get an update and i was told stop calling us as we are busy. Very stressful experience. I walked in at 4:30 even though they didn't call me. They didn't have the courtesy to let me know that inspection is all done.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Highly recommend. Very polite and completed the works early! All the work was covered by the complimentary Type Care plan. Fantastic bonus to anyone purchasing tyres - check it out next time you need some!

Good price, good service
Good service, good pricing. Staff was direct and honest about what issues the car had and didn't need to push for a sale. Car runs smooth and I will return for future services and other maintenance and repairs.
