I have used their services for over a decade and have always had positive experiences with their friendly and helpful team.

I paid for 4 new tires and a wheel alignment and left their workshop with an obvious wheel alignment issue that caused shuttering down the steering column. When I called to request that they correct the issue they were very difficult with when I could bring the car back in which basically left me unable to get the issue corrected. I recently re-attempted to book in to get the issue corrected to get my car in order to sell and was accused of lying and told they had no record of the reported issue and that it was my word verses theirs. Very disappointed with this workshop and the manager running it.

Dropped off for service and pink slip and was in and out with minor works and the best service I’ve seen in sometime and I am in real estate so I’m not easily impressed. Will be the only place I go.

Also great to drop car and shop catch up with someone for lunch with the shops right there or head into work for the day.

The mechanics knew exactly what they were doing - felt confident they knew their work. I’d previously gone to the usual mechanic where the car is serviced - about this particular tyre leak and they’d said no puncture and pumped it back up - My Car found the puncture straight away and sorted it. The receptionist on the phone that morning to make the appt for the tyre was amazing - accommodating and informative. Will have my car serviced by them now.

Great service and reasonably priced. So good they are open over weekend. They went out of their way to help me get my car through pink slip.

For my pink slip they told me I had a MAJOR oil leak, and my headlights needed to be cleaned, saying that’d be $160 - FAILED. I ended up going to get my headlights cleaned for $30 at super cheap auto. I then got a second opinion for my pink slip, passed - had to repair the actual very minor oil seep by another mechanic as they failed me. The QUOTE was much much less than what MYCAR was going to charge me. I was very suspicious of MYCAR Broadway, as they didn’t feel very warm or honest, and as a young person I didn’t feel I wanted to trust them fixing my vehicle. I read all the bad reviews on google, lots of people having similar experiences. I feel like they were being overly critical for the pink slip and making me feel like I had to get it done urgently, which yes my car did have problems that needing addressing but I saved a lot of money not getting the repairs there.
