Always great service
Always great service. Upfront about costs of anything that needs to be done or replaced. You also get free roadside assistance for a year and free tyre care plan. Bonus! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Pleasant
Pleasant , explained what was to be done and cost . Asked when I needed the car to be completed and said would ring once complete . Rang just before stated time to advise need extra time to complete tyre rotation . If I needed car they would stop and they asked could they finish the next day . I was happy to have car completed same day and pick up later . Happy happy happy 🥹

Customer service
I have been going to MyCar Bunbury for years and they always look after my car . This time I needed my service done early as I had no way of getting home and back , so they made sure it was done first so I didn’t have to be in Bunbury all day without a car

Friendly and accommodating
Friendly and accommodating. They bent over backwards to fit me in, even though I forgot my service and so arrived very late. They got all of my jobs done in a timely manner to make my driving safe. The staff are always very friendly, especially Steve.
