Staff are lovely. They ordered the wrong tyres and price matched a better tyre for me, which I appreciated. The reason for my low rating is the damage that was done to my rims after they changed my tyres. Looks like whatever tool they use to remove the tyre has scratched every rim, there is also a chunk taken out where perhaps a tool was dropped onto a rim. Quite disappointing. And no my rims had no damage previously. Have used MyCar for a few pink slips with no issue.

Easy and well priced

Mycar in Campbelltown are great. They listen to your issue/s & provide a reasonable price that they bill people.

The staff that works there are very nice indeed especially Paul. I've been going there even before when they were KMart Auto & now as Mycar for 17 years now & they continue to provide great service.

Had an unfortunate experience with this company. Booked 8am Monday appointment to change two tyres that appeared to be in stock through website portal, attended 8am Monday appointment to be told they did not have the tyres in stock but they would order and ensure it would be there by lunch that day. As I had work I couldn’t stay until lunch and I was then rebooked for the next day to attend at 8am to do the fitting. I arrived on Tuesday and handed in my keys to the from desk and 15mins later received a call from a representative saying they did not have the tyres in stock and that I would need to wait until lunch time to receive the car. I was not able to wait as I had work commitments. Some clear failures in communication and management of their stock that could have not led to wasting my time or theirs.

I felt confident that I was being given accurate advice regarding what needed to be done to my car during its service. I was kept informed of costs prior to work being done.

Car pink slip was completed in record time. Great service at Campbelltown branch, that’s why I continue to use this location.

I have my car and husband's car serviced and rego checked with the team here for almost 10years, and will continue to go there. The team are lovely and friendly, I highly recommend them.

I received a msg to say my new tyre had been fitted and my car was ready to pick up. On arrival the manager asked me to wait about 30 mins. 45 mins later I returned to see the car still on the hoist and was being lowered and the driver was about to reverse down the ramps. The manager ran out yelling stop! The driver had failed to lower the hoist to a safe level and had failed to disengage the car from a holding bracket under the car. This would have resulted in the undercarriage being damaged. He informed me the driver was an apprentice and it was only his 3rd day on the job. I paid the $195 for the tyre and was almost at home when the manager rang to inform they’d also forgotten to put my spare back in the boot. So today I had to go back to collect it at my expense. I won’t be returning.

The service was good. I have been going there for about 30 years from when it was Kmart auto.

They forgot to rotate the tyres, Good that I put a mark on the tyres before handing in the car.
On pick up the paperwork and the mechanic said it done - tyres rotated.
Then went back to them after checking myself.

Can't trust what they say, now not sure if they did change the other things like oil etc !!

Dropped car off and they sent a text when it was ready to pick up
