Good service

Thanks to Mo and the team at Mycar. My experience was seamless.

Jarrod did a fantastic job getting my tires changed .

I gave my car ( Renault Megan GT line 2017 model )for 65K log book service and a dashboard error showing “ Engine Hazard Failure”. When I showed the error they said, it can be fixed. Later they called and said brake pads and calliper need to be changed. Finally they charged me ~1100 AuD for the log book service and brake pad change. When I went to pick up the vechicle they said they won’t be able to reset the code and I need to go to the dealer. I am very disappointed with this where even after paying 1100 they couldn’t reset it! Now I need to go to dealer and spend few hundred dollars more to fix the issue. They could have easily told me if that error can’t be fixed in the beginning itself.
Don’t recommend MyCar if you have warnings in the dashboard as they don’t have any software to check or fix the issues.

Quick turnaround on a full new suspension, and picked up a few other issues and fixed them at a reasonable price, and very friendly.
