Great service, friendly staff, speedy work and all very affordable. It was a saving grace when I was dreading the cost of everything!!

I did the brake fluid flushing and replacement the service required to do every 24 months, however have notifications on the dashboard that it’s necessary repeat in just six months!!!!
Is service even conducted? Or it’s just money charged for no services?
In addition my car was used for 20 km while was “ under service by mechanic “

Carlos communicated clearly what needed to be done, answered my questions patiently, and was kind and polite in all communications. The team serviced my car, replaced the break pads and fitted three new tyres all in a day!

First time I did the service at Chadstone and had a hard time located the shop. But with patient and friendliness, staff had guided me to the shop

The mycar representative expressed absolutely no emapathy regarding my disappointment at not being able to have the tyres I originally purchased fitted to my car. According to the website the tyres I selected "should have been able to fit my car?" but in this instance it wasn't the case.. Of course this wasn't the fault of the mycar Bookings staff member, but he could at least have acknowledged my disappointment and perhaps resolved the issue in a more caring personal manner, rather than just explaining the blunt facts to me and offering basic options, which I had no other choice regardless. The other problem I had which is very annoying was when I received my car back the tyre shine used had stained some of the curb rash on the rims completely black which looked pretty bloody awful! After this experience I wouldn't recommend Mycar..

The Service and recommendations are professional.

The only problem is locating the store in Chadstone.

The problem which had been caused by a different garage was fixed (when the other garage said they couldn't find a problem.). It may have taken a little longer than expected, but with a man or 2 down it was acceptable.

Convenient location for those working or shopping at the mall, keeps my car running well.
