My car was taking in promptly, the tyre was repaired, and no time was wasted.

I ordered 2 rear tyres as they were worn out and 1 had a screw in it.
I turned up to collect and they had put the new tyres on the front( which were still fine) and left the back tyres as they were.
If I had not checked I would have driven out with the same issue I paid $1200 to rectify.
They fixed it after I bought this to their attention however this is a bad mistake which should not happen.

I was experiencing difficulties starting my car and had been advised (by the RACQ) that the battery (purchased from MyCar a couple of months ago might be inappropriate for this model of car. Accordingly, I took the vehicle to MyCar to determine the issue.
The staff at MyCar assured me that I had the correct battery and corrected the minor installation problem that had given rise to the RACQ's comment. The starting issue remained.
After a little discussion and a test of the battery's state of charge (fully charged) the analysis resolved that the issue was probably a "starter motor" problem. I was appalled and had visions of a long repair time plus an enormous bill!
However, at this time the Auto-Electrician joined the conversation and suggested that the problem could be associated with the cable between the battery and the starter motor. He suggested that once he had finished the job he was on he remove the cable, check it and if necessary make a repair. I agreed to that - anything was better than a new starter motor! I left him to it and went home.
I had not been at home long when I received a call advising me that the cable was damaged but could be repaired. I authorized a repair and received a telephone call about two hours later to say that everything was fixed and at a very reasonable price.

This was better service than I can ever remember getting in any garage over many years (I am 78 years old and have been driving since I was eighteen). Your staff should be highly commended.

The guys at Mycar chapel hill were able to look at my car at short notice and provided a very helpful summary of what needed to be done. And they managed to get in parts at a lower cost than a dealership. As usual, the work was done to a high standard. Steven and Matt in particular are excellent to deal with.

I have had my car serviced with Mycar Chapel Hill on a few occasions and I have always been happy with the service. Reliable good communication would totally recommend them to friends and family.

I cannot complain about the tyres that have been placed on the vehicle. I am unhappy about the scratches caused to the machine polished surface of my alloy. Clearly from the tyre lever. I can provide pictures. I get the tyres are a tight fit but this is a factory set up.

I've been a customer of this Mycar in the past and they were a great help recently when I had a run-flat tyre go down on me. They tested the tyre for leeks and found none and then replaced the valve and it was fixed. When I asked how much they said nothing, have a good day
