Service was fine however
Service was fine however, not clear where the actual place is especially with all the building works going on.
Also I asked them to charge the car whilst at the service centre, needless to say it wasn't done.

We got advice from the mycar contact number, checked online to decide on tyres, asked and received a best price and booked time for four tyre replacement. They were helpful on the phone, the warranty is good and we were very happy with the service.

These guys were excellent! George was super helpful and explained everything really clearly.
They also did everything really quickly and kept me up to date on any additional things that needed to be done.

Timely and professional service always given by Mycar Chatswood Chase. So convenient I drop the car off by the time I finish my shopping car was ready for me to collect. My second visit which I thoroughly recommend.

Confused. Doing log book service. Quoted $329. Charged $388
Oil filter changed while not rquired in log book. And i have new filter 6 mth ago. Still waiting for solution/explanation
