disliked having to pay when making the booking, particularly as I was booking a service yet to be completed, not just buying a tangible product that I would collect from you. This has left a distasteful lasting effect on my experience. Staff were very friendly and professional, service completed on time.

The customer service from start to finish was brilliant. Tried to accommodate with time frame. Was honest with findings of service. Awesome

The local mycar guys are great and always do a great job but the call centre is not so good wanting upfront payments before work has even started

I mistakenly booked car in at Joondalup, instead of Clarkson. Peter happily accommodated me and car was ready within 3 hours! They are so friendly and explained all works done and needed in future, including a quote for next service.

Prompt service, helpful staff

Communication was fantastic. I booked my car in for a standard service but I knew there would be extras because of the condition I bought it in. Staff addressed each of my personal concerns and additionally advised the extra necessities to make the vehicle safe for my family and for coming up to us towing a caravan. As time ran over they managed to prioritise and advise coming back to finish off one job as I was already in the waiting room with my two impatient children. This was a big relief for me coming up to 5pm and greatly appreciated.

What made my experience great was the attention to detail around the findings of what working needed to be carried out on the car and that it was all carried out on the same day. This is also in consideration of the fact that the car was only booked in the day before due to a cancellation. Big Thank you.
