Great availability and easy online booking system, I liked that you could choose the drop off and pick up time which made planning nice and easy. Car is running so smoothly.

I had my vehicle serviced at a dealer (not MyCar). The mechanic advised break pads need replacing as down to 2mm, and quoted a ridiculous price to fix.
So I took it to MyCar for new break pads (who were more reasonably priced). After taking the wheels off and inspecting I was advised that the breaks pads: did not require replacing, 5mm not 2mm (2/3 to 1/2 remaining). MyCar staff
Dianne and Scott were very helpful, friendly and honest, they didn't charge me. I have never had any issues at MyCar Coolalinga, they do a good job and are more affordable than others. We will be getting our cars serviced with them next time.

The staff, especially Scott the manager, makes this regular chore less of a chore. They are exceptionally helpful, friendly and always calm.
I have recently chosen to have my car serviced there, as well as tyres, and am very happy with the result.
The location is also convenient with long opening hours.

Service was good and their time for repair was precise.

The staff were really nice however the wheel alignment team let the my car team down; the reason is I got 2 new tyres to be put on the steer wheel with an alignment; I picked it up and drove home with the car steering to the left with the steering wheel on the piss to the right. I took it back to be corrected with it being road tested twice by the technician before I was advised that the car was correctly adjusted by 2mm. I Drove home for the second time with no change to the miss alignment as mentioned above. I took it another tyre centre and they fixed the miss alignment with no problems. I will not be recommending your business to anyone.
