What a feeling!!!

Staff were excellent and provided great recommendations according to my car. The whole process was smooth and I was able to pick up my new tyre the following day. No issues with the service, and communication was efficient. Very happy to come back again and would highly recommend the team at Deer Park! Thanks!

I honestly won't go anywhere else for tyres. They are good value and have 12 month warrenty. Ive been to 2 different MyCars (Altona Gate and Brimbank) and both were accommodating and was in and out super fast

Took my car there to get a rwc. It was a family car so I knew how well my family member took care of it. Mind you, it was serviced on time. So not only did they fail my rwc but they tried ripping me off saying all these things needed repairing and that it was totally broken. Being a female, they knew I had no idea what was what. It wasn’t even an old car, very disappointed with the outcome and how they tried to rob me with a ridiculous quote to get it repaired and to pass the rwc. No thank u, I rather lose $160 and take it elsewhere. And I assure you they will pass the rwc. Definitely not returning here

Right from the phone call booking the car service the personnel were polite and professional, able to answer queries and are able to work around the working day for drop off and pick up.
When explaining items that would need attention on my vehicle this was done professionally and understandable for non mechanics. Service and work carried out efficiently and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend My Car based on my experience using their services.

Came to fix the wheel. They said they couldnt fix it so I am happy to get the new one for my hilux. They ended up having a different brand wheel for me without asking me for it.
I have to pay $400 for them.

I went in early in the morning with a puncture ( obviously unexpected ) and the staff member assessed and fixed the tyre within an hour, despite being short staffed. I was then able to keep the appointment I had. I have dealt here before and always had great service.
