Good pleasant service from people interested in serving a client who needed help

The staff that helped me replace my 205 55 r17 tyre for my toyota crown wagon were very helpful with answering my questions and clear with explaining why my old tyre couldn't be repaired, because of this experience and the staff there at the time, I'll be coming back for future work

Service was good, prices seemed reasonable. Staff were polite and respectful.
Only thing was that due to being busy it wasn't until after midday that I was contacted about what my car needed done (my car was dropped off at 8am). Also it seems that you can no longer pay for the service prior to picking it up which was a nice feature in the past.

Fast, efficient - fixed my problem on the day. Very happy customer

I online bought a wrong tyre for my car, front desk staff helped me to make a refund and book a suitable one. and i can repair my tyre on the same day.

Staff were helpful, prompt, very friendly. Would have given 5 stars except that online booking somehow got lost. Nevertheless, they fitted me in regardless.

The car runs fine. However, they said I needed a wheel alignment when 2 months prior I got 4 new tyres and a wheel alignment from Bob Jane t Marts.
They also said I needed 2 Parker globes as “they were broken” which they weren’t.

I paid for the globes as they were cheap and it’s always good to get new globes but I didn’t pay for the alignment.

Great mechanics but they tried to take more money off me so I would be careful.

The bloke I use to deal with Peter was amazing and honest, he wasn’t there when I went so I assume he has left. He clearly made an impact on the team because right now the team isn’t what it use to be.

On time service - quicker than promised. I was about to board a bus home when an SMS came through that the job had already been completed. Excellent 😊

Great service Peter at Doncaster has fantastic customer service always happy to help

My car before the service did not have the check engine lights but when I took the car after the service check engine lights were on. When I told the manager, he said it can happen.

I was able to select my booking date and time, Peter explained exactly what was needed and also phoned to advise extra work to be done, very helpful.

I am more than very pleased with the Team at Doncaster. They were able to fit me in for an urgent issue, which was resolved along with a few minor issues that I wasn't expecting to have done at the same time. The price was less than I was expecting. I will definitely be going back for my minor service in 6 months time.
