Top service. I dropped my car off without any issues and got a text message 1.5 hours later that my car is ready for pickup. Easy booking system and very competent staff. Thank you so much, team in Drummoyne!

I spoke to Leo when dropping off the car, requested to call me if anything outside of the general service is required. Arrived to pick up the car, Leo was quite rude and told me what extras the car needed. Did not give me a quote and said he would send one through the week. No quote sent. Short & dismissive with me, spoke to my partner instead of myself whose car it was. Usually have great experiences with my car garages but have now lost a long time customer.

Helpful when asked questions. Timely service and value for money.

Polite, quick and easy service.

i brought my car for routine inspection at MyCar Drummoyne. Dropped it off at 8AM and was told to come back at 4pm. When i came to collect my car, i was shocked they haven't even start working on my car. The guy told me to wait for 30mins as he is going to quickly work on my car. I have booked and paid for the Essential Plus Service, while waiting for my car, they told me i have to pay for extra for this and that, which i told them, it's already included in the service.

Works were done as needed as well as advising on, and the provision of, 2 new tyres.

Leo and the team was very good at what they do. I was greeted well and they were ready to take my car when I arrived. Gave me a full estimate of what are needed and once at it, happy to take out what are unnecessary. Deliver the car as promised.

Very helpful, competitive pricing, flexible with pickup/dropoff, and talked through all the options etc on the phones for tyre options

Logbook service, however when I picked the car up there was still an error code on my dashboard. Will have to come back or go somewhere else to get it looked into.
