Great Customer Service and deliver with results. I had my 2 cars service at East Maitland Mycar and it was a great experience dealing with them in communications and responding to customer needs. They also give feedbacks on what should be required to manage in your vehicle and also providing great offer.

The team at Mycar East Maitland helped me straight away when I had a flat tire. They were so helpful and prompt. They even checked to see if I qualified for a free tire under warranty. I was back on the road in 30 minutes.

Great experience
I have been bringing my car here for over a year now. Previous mechanic told me I need a new tyres, but these guys who actually sell tyres and are experts said to me that that wasn’t true. Yesterday I actually did need new tyres, many thousands of kilometres after I was originally told I did, and I have to say the car is driving like a brand-new car. New brakes, service, car feels amazing. Not bad for a 15-year-old car. Highly recommend the personalised service and attention to detail and the care that these guys provide. I was speaking to one of the apprentices and the manager and they all take pride in their work and love where they work and what they do. And that translates to superior customer service.
