I took a damaged tyre into East Perth Tyre & Auto just before closing on Saturday. They had it ready for me mid afternoon the following working day, and changed over the new tyre for the spare that I had put on. Great service guys, many thanx.

I came into mycar East Perth one morning as I had two punctures in two of my tyres that needed repairing. I'd been to another tyre shop just up the road and they had said they wouldn't be able to fit me in until 4pm that day, but the guys at mycar attended to my vehicle straight away. I was kept consistently updated with the job's progress and the expected cost of the repairs. The gentlemen at the front desk were very polite, as were the mechanics in the workshop. I walked away from the experience feeling really satisfied, and I'd recommend mycar East Perth to anyone needing any tyre-related services.

The mechanical and tyre staff at this branch made several illegal errors - first fit the wrong tyres for my car, then multiple, serious mechanical errors that just became comical in the end. Months of inconvenience for myself and no apology from Garrett and the team. Terrible and will never go back or recommend.

I had my car booked in for 8am Saturday 20sep25. I was on time for the drop off - but no one was there. No receptionist, no mechanics, no one - except for 5 or 6 other customers waiting to drop their cars off too. No word, no text of explanation. How can they be trusted to service my car when they can't even be bothered to turn up to work? I will not waste my time with these guys again.

The team at east Perth ware really helpful in the emergency time I required to fix the tire.

My usual (non-MyCar) mechanic said I should have a leaky valve on a tyre checked. I phoned MyCar, as they repalced my tyres some years ago, and got an appointment later that day. Tick. Dropped the car in at the appointed time, went for a coffee, got a call soon after to say all was fixed. Tick. I went to pay and they said no charge - repaired & reseated the valve, refitted the fixed trye, and balanced the wheels. And no charge. That's excellent service. Tick. Tick

I have enjoyed all my experiences at MyCar Tyre and Auto East Perth for several years now. The staff say what they do and do what they say. The smallest downside was grease hand prints on the inside drivers door handles, glovebox contents not replaced.

Seat, driving wheel and foot bay stained with oil.
Got a “sorry” but nothing else. Charged for topping up window washer but they didn’t notice fault on actual spray!

Fitted me in for a puncture repair - job done quickly

The only thing missing was simply topping up the windshield washer fluid in my car. They said it was done, but it wasn’t. Other than that, the service was quick and I believe the other tasks were completed.
