Terrible customer service. One employee was particularly arrogant. They need training for customer care and service.

Efficient work, support from the people working there.

East Perth was my go to for several years but this last experience was worse than abysmal.
I had called the RAC as there was no gear control. The very experienced RoadSide Asst was able to determine the problem as a selector cable as he was attending 5 callouts a week on Fords for this very issue.
He spent 10 minutes putting a temporary fix with the strict instructions that it would only get me to the nearby workshop.
His solution worked thus a successful analysis.

When I rang MyCar East Perth to explain..I was very clear on what needed to be ordered. The person said he would order the part and book in the repair and service once it arrived.

Fast forward almost 4 weeks when I rang every week to check on the status of the order.
I was told 4times that it had not arrived in WA.

Today I finally spoke to the manager who advised the part had never been ordered as MY Car did not trust the analysis of the RAC.
Miscommunication
maybe... on the first occasion but not blatant lies on 4 occasions when the company had the opportunity to rectify the situation.

Understaffed is a poor excuse for such terrible customer experience. Use at your peril.

I have an appointment at 12:30pm and pickup time was 3:30pm . They start changing the tyre at 4:00 clock what the hell service was that .. And the staff behaviour was too bad as well .. So have a bad experience with my Car east perth .. Don’t ever again want to go with that store

The problem was diagnosed accurately and fixed appropriately. The only issue was that the fix was very expensive and they took 2 days to diagnose and replace a cracked coolant pipe.

Took my car to MyCar East Perth after RAC suspected a fuel line or alternator issue. They failed to diagnose the real problem (a hole in the fuel line), damaged the fuel pump during incorrect handling, and didn’t complete the full service, fluids like brake and coolant weren’t even topped up.

To make things worse, around $1,000 worth of personal items were stolen from my car while in their care. When confronted, they denied responsibility and offered no help. Unprofessional, careless, and completely untrustworthy.

Great customer service

Overall they did well with tyre fitments.
The only issue was my car was to be ready by 4pm but they hadn't started by then. I think they should have rang me earlier to let me know it was going to be late.

Garrett was professional and helpful. It’s nice to know that he is watching out for me and my car.

Did a good job at relatively short notice. Would have been good to have got a call to say the car was ready rather than dropping by to see it was done. All good though.

Return customer and am always appreciative of the help this team gives me every time.

As an ex-automotive engineer I am fussy about who works on my car and I can honestly say I have always had great service and work from this team. Many thanks

Got a message asking when I would drop my car off at 0745
Car dropped off at 0730 and keys in shoot
Got a parking ticket in their car park which I gave to reception who would sort it out
Just inconvenient when wanting to leave and having to go back into office to sort issue.
Tyres and wheel alignment are great

Knowledgeable Professional and helpful

There was no attempt to try recharge my battery that was flat, just wanted to charge me for a new one. The battery was fine just needed recharging.

Drop off and pick up are super efficient. No major work done without checking first.
