Great customer service

I m not satisfied this time as the new manager is not clear in communication and I had to spend more than !1200 dollars for service and other items that they phoned and informed me. Tge disc that were changed a couple of years ago needed replacement again but why? The previous manager and team and the manager and team even before were very clear empathetic and professional. I might have to think to switch to another service provider for my next service. It is a shame that how my car when started gained popularity because of their professional attitude seems to be losing it. I had diverted many friends in the past to My car Ed square but I don’t think it’s would anymore.

Honest, reliable,trust and fast

At the service, I was quoted the incorrect amount. They said $545, and it ended up being $1000. Poor communication. To top this off. The team instructed me to check the water levels in my radiator in 3 days. I followed their advice, and now the bonnet of the car will not open. I took it back to the Edmonson Mycar, and they said it would cost me more money when they replaced the radiator. I am not happy and would like this fixed as I still cannot open my bonnet

Always great service and they take the time to explain stuff to me in a way I understand. Really helpful and friendly staff that go out of their way to make it a positive experience.

No complaints about the service. Just small annoying thing that I had to pay for parking when doing service at Edmondson Park centre.

My experience with the staff at Mycar Tyre & Auto - Edmondson Park was great, the staff member that I was talking to throughout the entire process was great he was honest, helpful and explained everything that was going one and explain any problem I had so. my car drives like it is brand new again. I very happy with the whole process and would recommend this store to my friends and family. I would like to say thank you for my experience and would like this store a 10 0ut 10.
