Booked and paid for two tyres to be fitted 3 days in advance, and they still couldn’t arrange the tyres to be in store for the booking. Then to make things worse, no phone call to let us know. Just wait until we show up to let us know we had to go and wait for a phone call that never happened after 3 days of waiting. Absolutely pathetic service, and infact I am still waiting to receive my refund. I will be contacting the store tomorrow morning to chase that up next as well!!

Do better, it’s not hard. I’ve worked in the same industry for 15 years. Let’s here your next excuse.

Very helpful

I had an issue with a misfire and a full log book service being required. The problem was diagnosed and repairs etc completed in an efficient, timely manner ….great communication.

Tyres & customer service was great. However I discovered my steering wheel had a big chunk missing from it after collecting my car. Clearly care was not taken by the person working on my car

The work force arrived and opened on time. vehicle was ready for collection 15mins before stated time.

Booked in for 9am drop off and 12:30 pick up. Got there at 1pm and told it wasn't ready it. No call before hand. Had to push to get the information of when it would be ready (2:30pm), again no call to let me know when it was ready. No apology either. Asked for all lights to be changed, but they only changed the bulbs that were out.

The customer service was spot on. The guys explained everything and made you feel welcome.

I was running late to my booking and they accommodated that in a polite and friendly way. Booking my car in was an easy process, and the communication regarding my car was even better. Nothing seemed like a hassle at all.

No sales gimmicks required when you have workers who are professionals in their field. They are there to ensure that the customer gets value for their money and that the work performed is quality at its finest.

Firstly the wrong tyres were ordered I had to wait another week to have new ones ordered and replace.
Secondly they replaced the wrong 2 tyres after being told which two tyres to replace.

The mechanic done a small job for me a week before when I needed help told him I would be back great service great guys happy with results
