Good customer service and easy to make the booking by phone, reliable mechanic and explained clearly what needs to change depending on my budget. But the price is a bit expensive compared with other garage.

Hassan was very efficient, patient, helpful and delivered a quality service . I managed to get 4 tyres changed with a wheel alignment during a very busy period (BF Sale) in the garage and had my car back on the road by lunchtime. He had a positive can do attitude and friendly advice. An asset to any team!

Very bad service and customer service absolutely 0. They advised me that my car has an engine leak , when I took my car to another mechanic he found out was a gearbox leak. So My service has no knowledge and that’s why they have no staff because the place run by an experienced manager. Avoid this place

Great friendly service, handy location and I always get the appointment that I need (for when I need) the car service done, and the work is completed according to the service log book.

Second time I've used MyCar Fairfield, and I can't praise them enough. Very friendly people. Second time was just a couple of weeks ago. Had a flat tyre, which couldn't be repaired. I thought they would try to hard-sell 2 tyres to me instead of just the one, but they didn't. Even let me know that if the flat tyre was bought from them (it was) less than 12 months before (it wasn't) then the replacement would have been free. Turned out it was 18 months before, but appreciate the honesty. Highly recommended.
