Mitch and the team at Glenmore Park are very professional and offer consistent good service. They are happy to answer questions and welcome healthy curiosity from customers as to what work is being done on the car and why. I feel that they have been open and honest with regards to the condition of the car and assist with what future service requirements the car may have, allowing time to plan ahead. They have always been happy to assist with small requests which adds a special touch that inspires a loyal customer base.

Really happy with the service. The mechanic was friendly, helpful and quickly removed two bolts from my tyre. The price was very reasonable compared to other places, and I appreciated the honest and efficient service. Would definitely recommend and will come back again. Thank you!

Had my partner take my vehicle to My Car as I popped a tyre over the weekend.
After popping the tyre, my partner suggested we go back to My Car as he believed that all of the tyres on the car should be the same brand for optimal safety and reliability.
Our experience with Hailey was absolutely amazing, she provided us with a lot of helpful knowledge and information, will definitely return knowing that someone like Hailey is working at My Car :)

I found the right headlight not working shortly after the vehicle passed all safety checks. While the location is convenient, the quality of service does not meet expectations and is not a compromise I am willing to accept.

I phoned at 4:05pm asking about pink slips as my car was way out of rego and I was unaware and needed a pink slip urgently so I could register my car. They were so accommodating and told me to bring my car in that afternoon. I was in and out of the store in an hour. So kind and understanding.
