Booking in was simple. Convenient location and I was able to choose a day and time to suit me. Communication good. Prices reasonable. I'm happy with the warranty etc on tyres too.

I have been going to my car and auto for over 5 years and always had amazing service and felt I could trust you.

However after terrible customer service at the Greensborough shop I was entering with a pram and the male could see I was struggling however he remained on the seat in the waiting room on his phone until I got to the desk he came over.

Before leaving I reminded that when I called I flagged a alert on the dash that they said they would be able to look at - however when leaving the same alert was there and they advised me it was gone. However I was so upset with the service and uncomfortable going back to flag it.

and also being called half way through the service and told I need:

New windscreen wipers - they were replaced less then a week prior
A new front tyre - got a Secound and third opinion and they both advised no I don’t
A new battery - seeked a secound opinion they advised me my battery was perfect

When I went to pay a man several times yelled at me from behind a wall regarding up grades and things I needed to fix instead of coming around and speaking with me

I feel as if I have lost trust in the company and will not be returning. Which saddens me as my husband, and our 3 children and I all have got our cars serviced at my tyre and auto for several years

Very honest and helpful. Very rare to see customer service like that. Greensborough service centre was great. Thankyou

I had to get my entire engine replaced and everything last year and since then my car keeps signaling that something wrong but I couldn’t work out what. My car always has a look at my car and fixes it.

Nick from Greensborough center made our experience smooth and easy, finished work well in time and notified.

Able to get a quote and order tyres and installed the next day

The customer service was good. The guys were very nice. The job was done within a day. My only issue is the pricing. You charged me $150 for oil, which would have cost me $85 dollars at Repco or another auto supplier. You charged me $53 for an oil filter, which costs $19 at auto stores. It was the same for the other fluids and lubricants used. That's not a good look, especially when a lot of people are doing it tough financially.

Free puncture repair, and put tyre back on the car for me.
