My wife's car had a very bad puncture of the front tyre. While we were waiting for the RACV to change the tyre, we were able to set up a time with Mycar to fit a new tyre. Drove straight there and it was done within 40 minutes

Unfortunately the mechanic didn’t service my car properly and the engine would not turn on properly. I took it back to the mechanic and he said he fixed it but the engine still had problems. I decided to not take it back for a third time to the same mechanic and went to a different branch and they fixed the problem. He said that the original mechanic fitted a faulty engine filter. I paid $1400 to service the car so this is not acceptable. The Uber rides to and from the mechanic as well as to work and the pharmacy were costs I had to take out of my pocket. This shouldn’t have been the case if the mechanic had just serviced my car properly in the first place.
