After taken my car for the first time at Highpoint. I was extremely disappointed in many ways.
However thanks to Riley from the customer care team I was referred to MyCar Airport West, and meet the store manager Christian which I found him very helpful in dealing with my issues of concerns.

Professional and great service. On time and provide genuine advice.

Very clear communication about what’s needed and what might be needed in the next service.

Friendly, prompt, honest. Happy to price match just about any retailer, with all of the extras you get from mycar (plentiful retail locations, free puncture repair, tyre warranty, free rebalancing and rotation every 10,000km etc) there is really no reason to shop anywhere else.
