The Staff were knowledgeable and friendly.
I had taken my car to have the timing belt replaced.
The staff detailed what had been done on my car and they also did a couple of little jobs I had asked them to do. ( reversing globe replaced and I asked if they could open my gloves box, which was stuck closed).

Extremely courteous staff and managed to fix my tyre straight away without an appointment

I think they should focus more one customer concerns. Told to check one issue later on found out they just casually checked it and casually told me could not find the issue. After receiving the car, while going back I immediately noticed the same issue. Then took back the car to demonstrate the issue to them. Although everyone is cooperative but I was expecting the correct report at first go since paying a lot of money for the services. Except this they were really good.

Works were completed when they said it would be and the staff are very friendly and approachable.

I drove in with a flat tyre and the guys at Mycar were so helpful and efficient!
I got the best price with my tyre and definitely making this my go to for all Mycar needs!

Great communication, doesn't overcharge or get you to spend more than your comfortable with. Work was done in a reasonable time frame and to a very good standard.
