Great service, conveniently located near Coles in Westfield Hornsby and lovely, friendly people

I booked my car in for the annual inspection and service. They did a good job and in a timely fashion. However, they made a big fuss about not being able to sign the car service logbook unless you have booked in the more expensive logbook service. My car only did less than 2,000 km since the last annual service, so a basic service of oil change, filters etc was sufficient for me

Took a day off to service the car . Rang at 430 pm saying they haven’t serviced the car because were too many cars on the day Had to go next day . Never happened before in my life , not happy . Poor time management .
Log book Price seems very high for basic serviving .

I have been with MyCar / K-Mart Tyres for aat least 10 years for the servicing of my Mitsubishi ASX and Mazda 121. If I wasn't completely satisfied with the service and assistance received I would not have continued having my vehicles serviced there.

myCar Hornsby NSW staff were friendly and helpful. One of the mechanics drove my car with myself in the passenger seat. I pointed out the issue to him, and he noticed it quickly. When he returned to the workshop, he immediately worked on and fixed the problem. Now, as a result my car also has more power, and better acceleration, which is a blessing....

Very friendly staff and super easy! Car was easy pretty quick and earlier than. Promised, again friendly staff goes a long way!

Service was fine, well priced. One issue was that I wasn’t told before putting in the car that they may not be able to put through the registration check on the day it was due. Thankfully it did go through in the late afternoon. I also had to leave the car there overnight as they were understaffed and couldn’t finish everything they needed to do in one day.
