The staff were efficient, friendly and helpful not to mention finishing in good time.

I had a service in Horsham as I told them I was travelling to Adelaide. While driving at a speed of 100kph I noticed the passenger seat was shaking badly. Whilst in Salisbury I took my car to MyCar and they did a wheel balance and said they did not see anything wrong. However, on my return to Victoria my car started shaking badly once again and after getting petrol in Nhill, I didn't think I was going to make it home. Next day I took my car to my local garage in Dimboola where both drive shafts needed replacing. So I am not very happy.

I took the car to do essential service.they charged me $395. Service include Checked 86 point vehicle inspection, But make me so disappointed. they didn't detect that my car had major steering problems.

I was happy with service but when I queried a fault 3 days later with a blown headlight globe I’d had them replace, I was told it was not their problem and to seek another servicer ie: an auto electrician.

I put car in for a service and was told that I needed a part and it was told $90, but needed to come back another day as they had the wrong part. When I dropped off the car i was tolds I might need to replace spark plugs...I said ok. But when I came back 20 minutes later I was told the bill was $394. After some communication the bill was put back to $299. Unacceptable in these times not to let the customer know that the bill was going to be considerably more than first quoted.
