I always get my car serviced here and have dine so for many many years. The staff are always friendly, they do a good job and I always feel looked after there.

DON'T BOTHER!
After calling and speaking to a manager, I was promised a call back with a quote. That was 4 years ago! Recently, I decided to give them a second chance...guess what happened? Thankfully, each time, I went with professionals ... who quoted me and had the job done within hours. Clearly customer service isn't part of their company. DON'T BOTHER!

Well, it was extremely easy to book in my car for tyres through Timothy, the customer service office I found on the day, communicated very well and came across as very knowledgeable.
My car was attended to promptly, I am happy, will be back again.

The staff are very polite,helpful and professional.
They provide detailed information on the cost and content of the service required.
Any additional issues ie tyres, battery, wiper blades were reported to me and additional costing provided.
I have encouraged my husband to use Mycar for his next service.
