Seamless experience with thorough explanation of service carried out. Also explained that wheel alignment machine unserviceable.

Had an 8am appointment for 4 new tyres. No staff member got there until 9am, this was after me calling one of the sister stores asking them what was going on, and them calling around finding staff. I was an hour late to work because of this.
In the evening I went to collect car to find they had only fitted 2 tyres, not the 4 I ordered. Note there was a 4 week wait with me scheduling appt so they could get tyres in. Nowhere in lead up to appt, the morning when I dropped the car off, or through you the service did they say they could only do half the job requested. I requested discount at collection due to then being an hour late, making me lose an hours work, and for only doing half the job. They declined this and said ‘they were put out too’ (I assume they were called in when another member did not show up). I lodged formal complaint. I received a reply advising they will send to manager to follow up. Waited a month with nothing, so sent another follow up email and have still been ignored.

Service was done on time and efficiently. Been with mycar since living in Perth and very much satisfied with theor services.

Never go there if you have a 4WD !

We came for a service and a wheel alignment. We also asked for a check about our subtank as we have a problem with a caption.

After two hours of work, they sent me a message declaring all is good. When I picked up my vehicle, the guy explained le first that he was unable to do the wheel alignment and that it will be refunded. They were unable to check my subtank problem. At this point I'm unhappy. If you're not able to do it, don't take my money and my time and let me know.

In addition of that, they messed up when rotating front and rear wheel by damaging the free hub locking mechanism. My car was unable to move forward or backward from the parking without using the differential lock. The stupid mechanician tried openly to lie to me, explaining that my car was already like that... After a lot of arguing and explaining them that they better fix the mess they did, none of my initial problem are solved. We have to go back home after holidays with an unfixed car (or pay again for a better skilled and more professional mechanical). I'm still waiting my refund also

I rang to enquire about a tyre puncture, the team member on the phone was amazing she booked me in on that day, as there are 2 Mycar tyre & Auto in my area she gave exact instructions as to where they were.
When I dropped it off the staff were great very polite and friendly. Service was amazing when I went to pick up my tyre, they removed the spare and refitted the repaired tyre due to the tyre air pressure monitoring system. This saved me going to my car dealer service centre to have the tyre monitoring system reset. They were very professional, I am very happy with the over all service I received.

Two issues: cracked windscreen and fuel filter replacement.
When I picked my car up, it had a large crack across the windscreen (20cm) that I did not realise until I had driven off as the sun visor had been strategically placed to cover it, I drove back to my car and they were closed. Called them straight away left a msg to let them know what had happened, and emailed the company they said they would follow it up.
The follow-up was that it didn't happen whilst my car was with them as there was nothing documented, and they were not responsible!! (The crack was not there when I dropped my car off)
2. Fuel filter was meant to be replaced, and they changed the air filter instead
I have had my car serviced with them for the last 7 years and no problem change of management, and I won't be taking my car here again
Addit: This was at the Launceston store in Wellington street, I have already contacted the company and I had to pay to have the windscreen replaced, as the crack spread rapidly thanks for responding but like I said when I contacted my car It was investigated already and told it was not my cars responsibility.

Done the day after calling. Service was completed in 90 minutes. When done at the dealership it normally has to be there all day.

I've always received wonderful customer service at this branch, and my loyalty to them remains strong despite a recent hiccup. During my last visit, I brought my car in at 8 AM for a routine service, only to pick it up at 4:30 PM. Although I was frustrated by the extended wait time and lack of communication—especially since I was caught off guard needing new tires—I understand that delays can happen. Spending the day in town without updates was not ideal.

However, I must commend Tim, who was incredibly apologetic and handled the situation with great professionalism. His attitude and the consistent quality of service are why I will continue to bring my car here. The team is genuinely fantastic, and while I hope for better communication in the future, this experience hasn’t swayed my trust in their overall excellent service.

The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. The car service itself was excellent. And also the Manager is a really decent bloke.

Quick and easy

Had my old Toyota Kluger in for a service and the guys at mycar Tyre & Auto York Street Launceston were great. Easy to book it in, and dropping it off was an easy process. Then the service was done effortlessly with no issue. They let me know before hand the cost and there were no additional hassles. Highly recommend this business.
