Brodie was super helpful and patient. The work done on the car was excellent and I cannot recommend Mycar enough!!

I usually get a phone call post inspection of my vehicle which is nice to breakdown anything that might need to be done or what was found. This time I didn’t get that level of service.

I also had in my notes about the seal of my windscreen which needed to be re glued I have never heart of an auto shop not having the glue for this so was very disappointed that now I have to organise to take it somewhere else to have this rectified. Also if the matter had have been discussed over the phone I could have organised it for the same day.

Brody organised a puncture repair and wheel alignment for my Subaru. It was done in a reasonable time frame. I found Brody to be upfront and honest.

The prpcess of being able to buy on line and book an appointment for fitting was there but I chose to call and check stock at a particular store. The operator was helpfull and from there the booking etc was easy. The staff at Lilydale were also friendly and helpfull.

Great experience and extremely helpful. Highly recommend and will be back in the future.
