The mechanic who worked on my car for its long service Didn’t put the fuel filter in properly and has now damaged around it too I’m now having to go through another mechanic from a different company to help fix my car but it’s taking awhile normally you guys are great but this time I’m not happy

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my daughters car was repaired and my service was done promptly and staff acted in a professional manner.

My favourite thing about Mycar is that I don’t have to leave my car there ALL day, just for the required time to actually work on it. Most other mechanics want the car dropped off at 8am with an expectation that the car will be with them ALL day, it’s very inconvenient when it’s a standard service or a smallish job.

The service time was as quoted the price was quoted with no hidden charges. Staff were extremely helpful

I was made aware by my mechanic I needed two new tyres. I booked my car in with mycar.

Once my car was on the hoist it was apparent I needed all four tyres replaced.

I received a phone call from Mycar advising me of the situation. I was offered a competitive rate on getting all four tyres replaced.

My car was completed in the time frame required to get me back in the road so I could start my work shift on time.
