Well we have been there before
Well we have been there before. Reception, no smiles or greetings. We were early and waited until the service was finished. Had a list of extras needed as usual but we are Pensioners and so did not go for them.
Service seems good and hop[e the car goes well.

The price for the service was given up front. On inspection, further work was required which I was informed of along with the extra cost before it was carried out, thereby giving me the option to have the extra work done or not. This was all done in a timely & efficient manner. Thankyou.
My only gripe is that it is often hard to get through by phone. Also, it would be nice to receive a reminder that a service is due rather than having to remember to check the sticker on the windscreen!

MyCar Midland took my car in to get a…
MyCar Midland took my car in to get a whole bunch of things done. Dropped it off Friday morning. They had a day and a half to sort my car out. I picked it up on the second day (Saturday). On my way home I could hear a rubbing sound. I took it back back to get it looked at. I quick fix was implemented. Then I noticed a klunk sound every time the brakes were applied and then the same sound when I exhilarated. Definitely something was loose. They were closed. It said on the website closing was at 5pm, but it was changed later in the day to 3.30pm. So I had to go back on Monday.

I have been a customer here for about a year, which makes this experience even more disappointing.
I dropped my car off at 9:30am for a
10:00am appointment, with the service expected to be finished by 1:00pm. I also requested during the booking and again when dropping off the car to have my windshield wipers replaced.
When I returned at 1:00pm, my car was still not ready after more than 4.5 hours. In the end, the wipers were not replaced, despite my request.
I was only told verbally that a rear light and a front light were changed, but the paperwork does not clearly list what was done, which is confusing.
Overall, the long waiting time, missed request, and unclear documentation were disappointing.👎

I had asked for the service reminder to be reset, I clarified prior paying the service bill, was told it was reset.
The next day it started "beeping" service due soon!
The sticker on the window was removed with a filthy cloth, no care taken.
Very disappointed 😞
