Prompt service for a flat tyre. Felt the price was very reasonable.

It was easy to make a booking for urgent care after I used Road assistance for tyre change. Quick and great recovery.

Just got a pink slip done but it was very professional. They said bring in at 0800 will be finished 0900. I returned at 0900. It was done.

Service price seems worth it given one year free road side assistance. Had wheel alignment done as well and asked to check wiper blades. I was told I need immediate replacement of incorrect battery, front tyres which are terrible according to them desperately needing a replacement and wiper blades worn too. When I went for a second opinion, they said just replacing the battery is enough as it’s not a compatible one (purchased from easyauto123 dealer that sold with incorrect battery). The tyres and wiper blades don’t need a replacement yet as they’re not worn that bad. Especially wiper blades weren’t worn much. So it looks like they upsell things and make you pay for it if you’re ready. This is at Parramatta location. Beware of that!

Very good service from office staff and tyre fitter.

The worst place you’ll ever be. As soon as you enter the shop the billing starts. Dang $80 !!!! They told me my brakes have 80% chances to get fixed after a full flush which they quoted me $215. But the irony is the brake got even worst and they still charged me the amount !!! Just another typical workshop with no accountability !!!!

I had a terrible experience with my car service. I usually get my car serviced at the Kia service center, but this time, I saw a $100 discount offer at MyCar and decided to go there. Since it was a periodic service, they were supposed to check all the necessary details and call me if any parts needed replacement. However, they didn’t call me about the required replacements.

When I arrived to pick up my car, I asked if any parts needed replacement, and they mentioned a few issues, such as brake pad wear and suspension oil leakage. When I asked why they hadn’t informed me earlier, they said they didn’t have time and that I would need to book another appointment to get those issues fixed.

This was a terrible experience with MyCar, and I will never take my car there for servicing again.
