Amazing service

I travel a distance to Mycar North Lakes to have my car serviced and get tyres.
They are very patient and understanding.

Always have great service here. Clear communication, no issues whatsoever

Our experience was very professional. Staff were polite and helpful. Work was done quickly. Thank you to them all.

Prompt courteous service

I went in for a service and a week later, my actual mechanic found part of a plastic container lodged between my engine & the diff. Best case scenario, nothing happened. Worst case scenario, this literally could have killed myself, my son and my baby boy if it had squashed or damaged the brake line. I am incredibly unsatisfied with this careless mistake.

Also, I was told $800 for a part that literally costs $42 online (tensioner and belt) trying to scare me with the price of a genuine Nissan part and then quote me $1000 on a job that took my mechanic less than an hour to do.

This has left the worst taste in my mouth, I will never be back. Too expensive for what they did & preying on what they percieve as clueless women in this economy is poor game.

Overall not happy in the slightest, would recommend women/single Mums go elsewhere and glad we literally weren't killed by this careless mistake!

Driving out after that service put myself and my baby at extreme risk of brake line damage. I have no words. I don't even know what to do here.

Thank you for helping me when I had a flat tyre near your store. The friendly team arranged a lift to my car and put on the spare so I could get it to them (with no extra charge) They go the extra mile and my recent service was so easy too. It’s also a great location as you can walk to the shopping centre while waiting.

Great customer service. Upon arrival workshop was running late, I was advised of situation, asked if I was able to accommodate, and thanked for my understanding. Slight damage to car (brittle to begin with due to age of vehicle) no hesitation to repair upon discovery, repaired within 24 hours (would have been sooner if I was available). Great explanation of further recommended repairs and suggested timeframes. Very satisfied with the overall experience.

Honest upfront quotes and highlighting issues and stating when the work needs to be done. Did not feel pushed to proceed with work. Looked at other concerns without quoting for it.
