Neutral bay
I booked in to have two new front tyres fitted. About 30 minutes later I received a call saying two wheel nuts were seized and that they would likely break if removed. I was advised to leave the vehicle for repairs.
I decided to take the car home and check them myself. Using a standard wheel brace, I loosened both wheel nuts without extending the handle. One made the normal creaking sound as it came free, and when I returned, one of the wheel nuts they had identified as seized was already loose.
The tyres were then fitted without any issue. Based on my experience, the condition of the wheel nuts did not match what I had been told, and it left me with much less confidence in the advice I received.

Always reliable and reasonably affordable.
Easy drop off at a time that worked for me- I don’t do very early! Brakes fixed in a relatively short time and interaction with staff very pleasant.
