I have recently moved to Clifton Hill…
I have recently moved to Clifton Hill after using your Croydon Branch for many years. I have also been a customer of your for over 15 years. Since relocating I have used your Northcote Branch. Staff are very friendly, polite and helpful to any of my concerns. Car service etc., has also been good. However have to say their "finish up" standard or attention to detail is not up to the standard of your Croydon Branch. The tyres have not been black detailed as such as Croydon used to and the interior of the car has not been left in a very tidy state. Just a few things I noticed but I guess I've been used to a higher standard of service and been spoilt!!! Thank you for this opportunity to let you know feedback and trust you will take this on.

Really great experience
I needed a brake light replaced, and was allowed to come in on very short notice. The staff replaced the light and also picked up a few other globes that needed to be replaced. It was just a small job that wasn't really worth their time but the customer service experience was fantastic, from when I initially called on the phone until the work was done.

Hour and a half delay opening
Made me drop off time 8am as did a few others, but on arrival no one was available to open the centre. Waited for an hour and a half until the manager finally arrived and provided no explanation for the delay.
As I'd already paid for my service I wasn't in a situation to leave or even rebook! Horrible service wouldn't recommend
