Northcote new manager is fantastic. Listens to you and addresses every issue. Makes sure you are fully satisfied and welcomes any feedback. My car is running a lot smoother, I can definitely tell the car has had a service.

Two different receptionists listened…
Two different receptionists listened carefully, answered questions & advised clearly, got a new tyre ordered fast, finished the job 15 mins earlier than promised & charged very low for labour that included wheel rotation.

Well run business
Easy to book my service and staff were most accommodating when I had to re-schedule. I was given a receipt detailing the work carried out and the costs associated. Communication was good and I consider that the works were professionally carried out. Thanks Chris and Stephan.

They were honest for a repair that…
They were honest for a repair that ended up been small as I thought it would have been big and costly. Any other mechanic would have had an excuse for a more costly repair.
