TERRIBLE WHEEL ALIGNMENT!
Steering wheel not straight car pulled to the left, left tyre running on outside edge! Neither front tyre pointed at right direction.
Rear tyres not correct either! Had to have car realigned at a different shop. Customer service were very helpful said alignment was slightly off! Go elsewhere if you want it done right!

Been going to the Nowra branch for 5 years. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. No BS, any issues found are given a proper quote of repair and time. Also, how necessary said repairs are, no grifting, genuine people. Easy to give 5 stars!

Friendly and supportive staff
Friendly and supportive staff. Their service was propmot and professional. For years I have been taking my car to Toyota (I own a Prado), and often felt I was just a number, not a valued customer. With Mycar the reverse was the case. I felt valued and supported. Would highly recommend that you take your vehicle to Mycar.
