As soon as I get to the shop at my booking time, the manager Chris said my booking is cancelled because they are busy.
I have a booking number: 15608410

The supposed manager Chris disrespected me saying "I don't give a sh*t that you had to leave work earlier" as I complained because no one told me the booking was cancelled.

I asked for a refund as I paid for the wheel alignment and balancing upfront. And he said he won't give me anything, and that I should call 131328. Which I did. And he himself answered the phone call from the store. Told me he'd call his manager but he's not answering and he told me to wait.
I want my refund and a bit of respect. I won't be able to travel this weekend without this job done.

Not the best experience, failed on a pink slip and got asked to pay the pink slip fee. The inspector would of known by just looking at the tyres in 2 minutes but instead conducted the full inspection to only fail and only told me about the charge when I came to pickup my car.

They are always so detailed with their service. The staff are great to deal with. I have been going to mycar for over 4 years now. Highly recommend them.

The staff who served us lacked patience. We are foreigners and speak a different language, but we tried to communicate effectively through a translator, and the staff didn't appreciate it. They should focus on being more patient with foreigners, as we are, after all, using their services. They should find the best way to communicate. Thank you.

I was extremely impressed with the service given they were very busy and i only had a flat tyre. Chris was kind to book me in and had the repair done within the hour .when I collected the car Chris was so helpful and made my day ..no charge and was very pleasant ..he really displayed integrity and I just want to say you made my day ! Thank you Chris.

They managed to fit me in as their workload became clearer.

I went in for 4 new tyre changes, bill was over >$1000. I was also informed instore that I needed to pay extra for the wheels to be balanced - something which is often included at other places for free e.g. Bob Jane. I have no issue with this but it just seems silly that this is an added cost when purchasing 4 new tyres - who would not want their new tyres not to be balanced ???

After the tyres were changed there was a new significant scratch to one of the rims. Manager on site claimed that it was my word against his and didn't acknowledge or attempt to resolve the issue. He suggested that I make a formal complaint to Mycar because "they always side with the customer". I phoned mycar and left a message but have received no response. I have made a formal complaint online and and have yet to receive a response after 11 days.

I would have no problem if there was at least an acknowledgement or apology that the scratch occurred after the change - shit happens. The fact that there was a hostile attitude and no attempt to resolve locally really reflects poor customer experience and sadly will not have me coming back to mycar.

Awesomely amazing friendly service. Honest and kind. Trustworthy and making life that little bit easier. Fair and reasonable pricing.

The experience was nothing but disappointing. Used the home installation service to make it quick & easier, nothing further from truth.
Attempt 1 - Wrong tyres ordered so installation was delayed.
Attempt 2 - turned up late and with wrong tyres
Attempt 3- booked in for first job Friday morning. 10.30am came no one turned up no call! Need to call no answer, called head office, rather useless. Turned up at 11.30am. My day wasted.
Won’t be using again or recommending to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about them including the staff. Not treated as just another number as that's what it feels like at dealership.
I had a puncture on my front tyres twice and they were repaired without additional cost.
Another no brainer is the fact you get 12 months Roadside assistance absolutely free of charge.
