I visited this branch to fix an intermittent trunk locking issue. The staff told me the trunk was working properly, but the problem is still there. It feels like they didn’t properly inspect or test the issue and just dismissed it.

More than helpful, getting the job done in quick time with little inconvenience to myself and with a friendly demeanour.

The staff was great and helpful. Phoned me if anything else needed doing. Very prompt. Smiled. Spoke/looked to me n not the computer until they had to do something on the computer.

Very professional. There were a couple of issues with starting the service which were resolved the first time over the phone and face-to-face the second. Neither time was the delay avoidable but management were extremely helpful.

Thanks My Car Palmerston, I rang and wanted a specific tyres there were only two so they were able suggest another brand which they had ths four already for the same prices as the other tyres.

Got me in as soon as possible once I realised I needed new tyres asap and the job was done within the hour.
