I needed my trailer looked at as I was going on a long trip... the next day. (I assumed everything was fine) ... the team got 3 new tyres in for me theat afternoon and it was ready to go as planned. The teacm explained what was needed to be done and why, and on pick up told me about following up when I return from my to.

Felt the cost was significantly higher than it has previously been and this was without any major additional works been undertaken.

The service manager also did not give a suitable response nor did he seek my approval before proceeding.

Good discussion with an expert for selecting the tyres. Booked an appointment for changing the tyres, and the task was done quickly as scheduled. Reasonably priced and excellent service.

I have been a long term customer and keep coming back because of the quality of workmanship and value for money. However I am very unhappy with the last experience as when I called my local store to ask if they could do a better priceI was not referred to the current special of $100 off a log book service, which I later discovered after my car was serviced.

The guys were polite and friendly. Though I had to wait for a short time, they were most apologetic. The car is running beautifully.
