Great service

Ive spoken to mycar on a few occasions, face to face and over the phone. they are professional, polite and courteous when dealing with them for your car concerns. Every interaction ive had has been a pleasant experience and they have affordable prices. I would recommend any one to mycar machanic if you are looking for professionalism and quality work on your car.

These guys always provide excellent service and have become my go-to for all servicing and repairs. Stefan and the guys are always prompt and super helpful.

Logbook wasn’t stamped even though i paid for it. Air filter wasn’t changed still had the old one. Report didn’t state the details of the inspection and what needed to be changed on the next service was just told verbally when i went to pickup my car. I recon it could have been done better.

Great service, lovely mechanic, great price and super fast turnaround on a tyre replacement!

Whilst waiting at counter, one employee acknowledged my presence and said he would be with me shortly. This is much better than just being ignored.

It's my second time using Preston Mycar Tyre & Auto and again I have walked away happy. The issue I had was sorted out within an hour and the person I dealt with was polite and thorough.

Even with there only being 2 mechanics that work keeping the Mycar in Preston open. Stefan and his coworker(apologies I’m unaware of his name) have always delivered efficient and reliable work to my car, with great customer service on top of that !

Excellent customer service

Experience was a good one overall. I thought the prices were very reasonable, and the service was friendly & efficient.

The experiences that stopped me giving a full 5 stars were: insufficient handover notes on my file (I had to describe what needed to be done - despite my raising these issues in my service only 2 months prior - apparently the previous manager hadn't recorded these properly), issue with repeated false tyre pressure warnings after tyre installation (although the guy certainly did his best to troubleshoot and identify the problem, and explained things very well, it's disappointing that the company doesn't have easy access to the appropriate diagrams for the workers)

However, I feel it is important to say that I'll DEFINITELY be back - I more satisfied that unsatisfied here.

Great service and very efficient

The team at mycar tyre and auto were so helpful and efficient. Car broke down and roadside assistance promptly came down to assess the situation, organise the tow to the shop, then repair and resolution! We were told it may take a few days, but managed to get resolved in only three! So far so good! Thanks again to the team at mycar tyre and auto Preston!
