I was booked in at 8.am and told 2.5 hrs to get job done . Car was ready at 11.30. I had to asked at 9.30am as the car hadn't even been touched. They also look eft four wheel nut covers off. I had to go back and get them put on. I will not be using them again.

Staff were friendly and flexible with accomodating a last minute appointment and repairs for roadworthy on New Year’s Eve.

Staff checked back on previous work done on my car and were willing to discuss how the incident happened.
