I walked into Mycar without an appointment as I felt something odd with my tyres. They were busy for the day; hence I asked them to check and advise if it was safe for me to drive. Chad checked and immediately said it was not safe to drive and went to accommodate me and had my car ready within couple of hours. Excellent customer service and support to the clients. Would highly recommend

Easy to book, easy to drop off, great service and communication throughout the day.

The steering is now too loose after the wheel alignment. It was not like this before the alignment. They tried to fix this issue a second time though the steering is still too loose! Not happy and will be taking this further if the new tyres they fitted start wearing prematurely. They damaged the front wheel with the tyre machine, they over inflated each tyre by around 10psi, they didn’t replace the metal valve caps and had to go and get a wheel alignment elsewhere as they stuffed it up!

Great experience overall, very easy to book and drop off, car was ready when they said it would be, additional repairs carried out a very reasonable price, friendly reception fella.

Really disappointed this time!

Got a Black Friday deal to replace two Pirelli run flat (MOE) tyres yesterday.
But they were changed just run flat tyres not (MOE). Have to come this morning to fix.

They have no idea between run flat and (MOE) run flat tyres!

The team at My Car South Melbourne were really helpful, stayed in contact during the service process and explained the issues that needed to be fixed. Organised the extra work immediately and had my car ready - all in the same day. Highly recommend.
