I had a flat tyre that needed to be repaired. Even though the plenty valley my car were booked out , they still fixed my tyre with a smile

Excellent was very happy with the whole experience from booking to completion

I told the staff John about the noise I heard form the car engine when running in idling mode and was later advised that the car needs a new water pump.

And the timing belt was about time to replace,

I am pleased these two items addressed my concern.

It opens early which is great. The staff is generally cordial and accommodating. The maintenance bill was very expensive but pleased with the result. I did not get my car until 8:30 because staff who take the car out do not come in until 8:15. (They should have let me know. I should not have come too early to pick up my car.) I would have wanted to get my car as soon as they open as I was very busy that day. Overall, it's a reliable car mechanic/shop.

Horrible experience. I was quoted excessively inflated prices and felt they were taking advantage of innocent customers who may not know better. I would strongly recommend others seek a second opinion before proceeding. Bloody SCAMMERS.

Two thumbs up, as always, for the excellent service. The required part was ordered and waiting for it to schedule the replacement appointment.

Highly expensive paid $2345 for car service even though I’m a regular customer for the last many years and service all my cars with my car.

I had my tyres replaced yesterday at South Morang store. The manager and staff offer the best advice and support. Their prices are competitive and back the quality of their work and parts they use. Be been going to them for over a decade. Keep up the good work

Amazing customer service

I had a horrible start to the day where my car made an extremely loud creaking sound in the middle of a busy intersection. Mycar south Morang to the help. They accepted my car to be towed to their service centre on a last minute notice. It was a freak incident where the service mechanics were not able to reproduce the problem, they suggested it might have been a stone that could have lodged in the tyre and might have come off during towing.

Regardless, they ensured the car was checked for all safety aspects and even invited me the next day to ride along to be absolutely sure.

And the best part of it was they did not charge me for it. The car is running absolutely fine. Very glad to be a regular mycar customer. Thanks John and Steve.

Had not booking and my tyre was very slowly losing pressure. They looked at my tyre, provided an honest assessment. Thankfully it was repairable and didn't need replacement. Had it repaired and back on the road within a couple of hours. Professional, polite, and evidently the customer is the priority.
