I had shredded my tyre and they booked me in straight away, Organized replacement tyres and had it all done really quickly. I have been here a few times now and the service is always excellent!

The mechanic explained to me all works that was required and approximate cost of a full repair.

The team at My Car are awesome long time customer having introduced a previous workplace to My Car years ago. Whilst they couldn't resolve our Ford Escape's "illness" or "stubborn" attitude in refusing to start consistently,the charge was reasonable and they also assisted in our next step to get the Ford mobile again.

I needed to get a headlight bulb replaced. They agreed to do it as soon as they could. They did it in record time. Very impressed!!

From firstly booking the car in for a service, then to the day of drop, the feedback call about issues to be fixed, and then the pick up, everything went very smoothly. All the staff were courteous, friendly and professional and helped understand what needed to be done now and what I should expect at the next service. The car felt a lot better and I’m very happy with the whole experience.

Not Southland add Murrumbeena to drop list of sites ASAP!
I believe that Southland gets most of Murrumbeenas reviews.
The team at most MyCar stores are great I used to use the Windsor store as well as the Abbotsford store I was pleasantly surprised when they opened Murrumbeena and it is great for us as its just round the corner but the things that come to mind for us are-
*Service is always brilliant.
*Questions they are always first to call and check about add ons.
*Time they are normally ahead of time and call if something is going to delay.
*Tyres and alignment best value best price and best advice we were going to change our tyres out for winter but we had heaps of spare rubber left before winter.
*Never had a bad experience with any of the teams and Murrumbeena has been exceptional.
5 Stars across the board.
