Left car at 10.40 for a 11 o’clock puncture repair appointment. Came back at 12.15 and the car had not been touched.
No explanation or apology for delay.

As always the service at southland mycar was great. Friendly staff, great pricing and reliable auto repairs

MyCar Southland provides an exceptional service to car owners at very reasonable prices. Staff are courteous and have excellent technical knowledge. Clients are always informed of the status of their repairs and being offered quotations on their car repairs, car owners always know where they stand. I highly recommend MyCar Southland for any service and repairs for your wheels.

The pricing at mycar Southland was very good and the woman at pick-up was professional and helpful.
I understood it was Black Friday and accepted that the job would take longer than usual. I confirmed a 3pm pick-up and provided a 4-hour window by dropping the car off at 11am.
When I arrived, a male staff member said they might need the car until 4–4:30pm and was dismissive when I reiterated the agreed time. His comments shifted the responsibility onto me rather than acknowledging that the delay was due to the workshop being overbooked during a sale period.
The tyres were completed shortly after 2pm and the work itself was done well, but the communication from that staff member was unnecessarily dismissive.

The service at southland is always exceptional, nothing is too hard.
